Data collected

When you use the contact form or book a service, we collect your name, email address, message and, where relevant, the information needed to deliver the service.

For purchases, your payment details are handled directly by Stripe; we have no access to them.

  • manage bookings and services
  • process payments and send emails (confirmations, gift cards)
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations

Legal basis

We process your data on the following bases:

  • performance of the contract, for bookings
  • your consent, for the contact form and analytics cookies
  • our legal obligations, for invoicing
  • our legitimate interest, for site security

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by technical service providers:

Retention period

  • prospects and contacts: 3 years after the last exchange
  • invoices: 10 years, under our accounting obligations
  • trackers and cookies: 13 months maximum
