AzurTrail was born from a simple conviction: the Alpes-Maritimes are one of the most extraordinary trail running terrains in the world. Just steps from the sea, the trails climb to summits over 3000m, cross larch forests, skirt high-altitude lakes and reveal breathtaking landscapes.
Our mission: to help you discover and experience these treasures, safely, with certified guides who know these mountains by heart.

Loïc Preghenella
Mountain Guide - Accredited Mercantour National Park
Loïc has been trail running since 2011, with 7 ultras (100 km to 100 miles) under his belt. Passionate about endurance, mountains and pushing limits. Founder of the association "Des quartiers au sommet", he works to make the mountains accessible to everyone, combining teaching, social commitment and love of the terrain.
Sophie Martins
Mountain Guide
Based in the Tinée valley, Sophie fell in love with the wild, luminous mountains of the Mercantour. An accomplished trail runner and winner of the Département 06 Long Trail Challenge, she knows the Alpes-Maritimes trails intimately and loves sharing their wonders.
Michaël Lejeune
Mountain Guide
For over 15 years, Michaël has explored the Mercantour and the Préalpes d'Azur down to their most hidden corners. A trail runner and orienteer at heart, he competes in all formats from KV to ultra, with the Lavaredo Ultra Trail and Ultra Trail Atlas Toubkal among his achievements. Drawing on his experience living in the Andes of Ecuador and Chile, he brings an approach rooted in sharing, curiosity and understanding of the mountain environment.
