Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the mountain guiding and trail running services offered by Azur Trail (Lexa Holding). Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.

Azur Trail offers multi-day courses, workshops, guided adventures, introductory lessons and gift cards.

Activities are led by state-qualified mountain leaders (AMM).

Prices are provided as a quote at the time of booking. The applicable price is the one stated in the quote or booking confirmation.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit. The balance is due before the activity begins.

Online payments, including gift card purchases, are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Azur Trail does not store your card details.

The right of withdrawal (the option to cancel a purchase without reason within 14 days) does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period. Once your activity date is set, you therefore do not have this period. This exception is set out in article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, they are neither refundable nor extendable. They can be used to pay for any service of an equivalent amount.

You may reschedule or cancel your activity up to 7 days before the planned date. After that, the deposit is retained by Azur Trail.

If weather or safety conditions prevent the activity from going ahead, Azur Trail will first offer to reschedule. If no rescheduling is possible, the service is refunded.

Activities are led by AMM professionals who hold their own professional liability insurance.

Trail running and mountain hiking involve risks. We recommend taking out suitable personal accident and repatriation insurance. You remain responsible for your fitness and for following the leader's instructions.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so we can seek an amicable solution.
