This clinic welcomes participants of all levels from beginner to expert (able to run about 30 minutes on flat ground). Designed for those preparing their first trail race or looking to refine their downhill technique, led by a professional athlete. Limited to 20 participants maximum. Sébastien Poesy is an international Team Brooks athlete with an ITRA rating of 863 and a UTMB index of 878, bringing over 15 years of top-level experience.
What to expect
- ✓8:30 – Welcome / Coffee
- ✓Warm-up: short trail run (15 minutes)
- ✓Proprioception and downhill-specific strengthening exercises
- ✓Downhill work: theory, posture, vision, anticipation
- ✓Practice on rolling and technical descents
- ✓Video review and individual feedback
- ✓Bonus block: uphill techniques (KV to ultra)
